Do short links expire?
No. This free URL shortener keeps your short links working as long as your account is in good standing and the destination URL is reachable. QR codes for every link stay valid too. We don't kill links behind a paywall.
Can I use my own domain for branded short links?
Custom branded short-link domains are on the roadmap. Today, all links live on a Clypd.me subdomain. Multi-tenant routing is already supported in the database, so branded link shortener support is a configuration change, not a refactor.
What payment methods do you accept?
Anything Creem accepts in your country - most major credit and debit cards, plus local payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and so on) where supported.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From your dashboard, click Manage on your plan and cancel in Creem's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep Pro until then.

What data do you collect?
