Can I switch tiers anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you keep the unused portion of your current period as a prorated credit. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled case by case. If something didn't work as expected, email support@clypd.me and we'll figure it out.
Are there any usage limits beyond links?
No hard caps on clicks, redirects, or QR code generation. We rate-limit link creation to keep the platform responsive for everyone, but daily limits are well above what individual accounts hit in practice.
